Rico Finster
Managing DirectorActive in the German real estate market since 2006. He began as a transaction manager, acquiring properties for a British fund. He subsequently oversaw a structured sales process for a Berlin residential portfolio before managing residential and commercial transactions as Head of Transaction for a Berlin-based family office. As a consultant, he supported a real estate fund with transactions.
Michael Brayshaw
Managing DirectorActive in the German real estate market since 2005. Co-founder of a real estate and investment firm. As Head of Asset Management and COO, he led a team of 60 colleagues, overseeing residential refurbishments and larger-scale projects whilst also being responsible for all fund transactions. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in London.
